At the end of the lesson, all students should be able to:
a. Discuss the origin of hamburgers;
b. Identify the different types of hamburgers;
c. Demonstrate the step by step procedure of hamburger patty and assembling
hamburger; and
d. Value the importance of proper handling of food and proper hygiene in
preparing and cooking foods.

on each side.

minute of cooking,
top each patty
with 1 triangle
American cheese
and 1 triangle
Swiss cheese.
Serve on buns. As
desired, top with
lettuce, tomato,
onion, bacon,
ketchup and
mustard.
