Learning Activity 5 Decision Making

1. Recall a recent incident in your life when you had to make a decision.
 My recent decision making in my life is when I want to look for a
part time job but still I want to continue my study. I am in a phase of
my life where I am struggling to cope up with the requirements of
school. Especially the tuition fee. Before I enroll in second
semester, I have in my mind, what if I took a part time job at the
same time attending online class since my loads are not so heavy.
2. Indicate what the decision was about, the factors that were involved and
how you arrived at your decision.
 My decision in here was all about how I can possibly do the work at
the same time attending online class. But upon self-assessing, I
come to a solution where I possibly cannot do this because there
are times that I can’t work fully when I have a lot in my mind. The
factors involved here, first can I do multi-tasking, and second am I
healthy emotionally and physically since I will be going outside
especially this time of pandemic crisis. That is how I arrived at my
decision to seek for help to my family for me to pay my tuition and
here I ‘am now answering this activity because I get lucky to enroll
second semester.
3. What factors influenced you in making your decision?
 The factors influenced me in making my decision first is the
environment, especially this time, I realize that it’s not worth the risk
If I work outside. Second is my mental stability, I sometimes
overthink that is why I come up with this solution to seek help to my
family.
4. Which of the following did you consider most in making your
decision: what will make you feel satisfied, what is most beneficial or
practical, or what you believed was most moral thing to do?
 I consider the most is what is the most beneficial/practical, like what
I said this time of crisis is very risky. If we are following protocols
and keeping our body healthy we will benefit from it. If we get this
virus we have to prepare large amount of money in order to survive.
That is why my decision making I consider is where I can be
practical and I can benefit from it.
