Dear Parents

This letter serves to inform you about an annual event called ‘Guyana’s Gymnastic Meet’ which the
Inbalance Gymnastic Club is hosting this year at the Anna Regina Community Centre Ground slatted for
02nd March. At this event competitors from across Guyana come to compete for a spot-on Guyana’s
National Team to represent Guyana at international games. However, these events cannot be possible
without the support of the community and donors; here is where I solicit your contribution towards
hosting this event.

Found below is a tear off slip with the adequate information. You would full the following: the name of
your child/member and your name, your address and contact number. We accept all varieties of
donations/contributions and so in the slip you would indicate whether you are making a monetary,
physical or providing refreshment by checking the boxes provided next to the option, then your signature
would be needed. Upon completion, you would detach the slip by tearing it along the broken lines which
is indicated by a pair of scissors and then return the slip. I look forward to your response.
