This proposal is based on our experience and understandings of the technical task you have
transferred to us from the end user.
Our Budgetary offer is following the base documents submitted by your e-mail request from April the
8th 2021. These documents are P&ID of the Custody Meter Unit 01-U-6003, Metering Skid
Datasheet Rev0.
Maybe, we may have some questions, clarification, and suggestions in order to optimize this
solution, but let’s leave it for the next stage of bidding.
The offer is covering, delivery, and related services for Custody Transfer Metering skid for crude oil,
as per P&ID drawing:

Even control valves are not shown in the P&ID, flow control function was mentioned in
specification sheet.

Control Cabinet
Since requested FloBoss™ S600+ Flow computer is Panel-Mounted, it will be mounted in the
integrated Control Cabinet. The position of control cabinets will be in a nearby control room.
Both metering systems, as package units, will be locally controlled by belonging BPCS (Basic
Process Control System). This control system is based on PLC controllers, and technology, settled
in the same control cabinet.
Control system will be ready for further communication integration with dispatch centres.
Bi-directional U-pipe prover
Bi-directional prover was mentioned and requested in Metering Skid Datasheet Rev0 but is not
shown in P&ID diagram. Still, we are sending the estimated budgetary price of In-Situ 10”
Bidirectional Pipe Prover connected to two metering skids. It will be mounted on a skid near the
metering skid.
Services
Regarding services we included all tests needed in production process.
FAT for metering skids, with a simulation of all functionalities, (without a liquid media) we offered in
Serbia. If the client or a partner decide to perform this test somewhere else, travel and
accommodation expenses for IvDam stuff will be separately charged.

COMMERCIAL SUMMARY

DELIVERY
The delivery of the equipment as listed above is offered at 34 calendar weeks from firm order and
approval of GA and P&ID Drawings, EXW Belgrade. Delivery terms used are in accordance with
“Incoterms” 2010
WARRANTY
The equipment is guaranteed against defects that may arise in the work through faulty design,
workmanship or materials occurring within 12 months from the date of putting the Goods into
operation or 18 months from date of delivery, whichever occurs first.
This guarantee is offered subject to the provision that at all times the equipment is stored in
accordance with producer recommendations for care and maintenance, the equipment installation is
supervised by IvDam and that the equipment is operated within its design parameters.
VALIDITY
The quote is valid for 30 days from date of issue.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The prices quoted are net, on EXW Beograd basis and do not include for VAT.
