SILENT/MUTE ROOT ANALYSIS

STEP1:

Right Click on the BSC and then Maintanace Client

STEP 2:

STEP 3:

Open File Manager


STEP 4:

Right Click on FAMLOGFMT >> Search CDIG

STEP 5

Select Recent Date and extract Module accordingly

EG. CDIG 00, CDIG 01, CDIG 02 ……

Select files and click download

STEP 6:

Run the tool in same saved folder as downloaded documents.


After Running Tool,

Mute Call Dignose

OUTPUT RESULT:

DO PIVOT = COUNT THE CHANNO

CHECK alarm on Site(s) with highest count of Failures and escalate accordingly.
From above chart> Site 47 with 1015 failures from 400 failures and above are always suspected to have
alarms // faulty link and should be escalated.

Lst BTS to check BTS Name

ALARM:

TT SHOULD BE RAISED AFTERWARDS AND ESCALATED STATING THE IMPACT AS SILENT CALLS OR MUTE
CALLS >>>> Confirming resolution >>> Record of Mute call on site should = reduce below 100 or
non-existence
