Question 1
Explain briefly what is MS Excel.

- A software program created by Microsoft that uses spreadsheets to organize numbers and data with
formulas and functions. Excel analysis is ubiquitous around the world and used by businesses of all
sizes to perform financial analysis.

Question 2
Show an example to ADD two numbers using MS Excel.

- Click any blank cell, and then type an equal sign (=) to start a formula.

- After the equal sign, type a few numbers separated by a plus sign (+).

- For example, 50+10+5+3.

- Press RETURN .

- If you use the example numbers, the result is 68.

Question 3
Show an example to MULTIPLY two numbers using MS Excel.

- To write a formula that multiplies two numbers, use the asterisk (*). To multiply 2 times 8, for example,
type “=2*8”.
- Use the same format to multiply the numbers in two cells: “=A1*A2” multiplies the values in cells A1
and A2.

Show an example how to create a pie chart using Ms Excel

- In your spreadsheet, select the data to use for your pie chart.

Conclusion: Our group has come to a similar conclusion about the importance of learning
and knowing about how a CPU works, how bigger RAM size affects a computer’s
performance also how a Power Supply tag such as Plus, Bronze, Silver and Gold
performance and efficiency differs. The objective of learning these skills is to allow all of us
to explain basic information about technology concepts.
