Promotional strategy

In the beginning, heavy investment is needed for promotion. The promotional strategies we will
be using are:

 Advertisement
 Direct marketing
 Sales Promotion
 Public relation

Advertisement:

Online advertisement in different sites (i.e yellow pages nepal, businesslist.online, reveal nepal,
biskoon ) will be used for the promotion. Social media will be used extensively to keep
consumers updated with the latest fashion trends and arrivals. No television ads will be used but
print ads in newspaper and magazines like kantipur, setopati, kathmandu magazine, nari will be
published. Catalog printing in the fashion magazines like TNM, WOW, nepal fashion, College
nepal, will be published. This advertising technique will help us to influence the youths.

Advantages

 Wide coverage of target customer


 Helps in brand loyalty
 Introduces company as well as products in the market

Direct marketing:

This method involves presenting information about our company and product to our target
customer without the use of an advertising middleman. It is a targeted form of marketing that
presents information of potential interest to a consumer that has been determined to be a likely
buyer. we will be direct marketing through e-marketing, telephone marketing, text messages and
mail order marketing.

Advantages:

– we can make the message personal, making the recipient feel it is meant just for them

– It is more cost-effective to market to buyers who have been identified as likely to buy

– It is measurable. Direct marketing uses a number of built-in ways to track the success of each
campaign, allowing improving with each mail or emailing cycle.
Sales Promotions

We will promote our sales by sales such as summer and winter sales, buy one get one free
schemes at the time of stock clerance, real life runway and fashion plates so thst our main target
i.e women get attracted to our product.

Advantages:

 Convert that initial attention into a long-lasting buying habit.


 Spawn word-of-mouth, on the theory that customers are eager to share news of a good deal.
 Give customers an opportunity to enjoy hands-on contact with a new product.

Public relation

Reaching out to influencers, Having an event and Using photograph with everything so that they
know when the fashion show and business is starting. Many fashion plates and events are
conducted in the shop.

Advantages:

 Builds brand image


 As the content is more authentic and informative it increases brand credibility
 PR allows a much easier approach to retaining and attracting a target market
