OFP Interview Questions

The document provides interview questions for people pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The questions are divided into three sections: (1) the interviewee's personal and educational background, (2) their specific STEM career path and experiences, and (3) reflections on their career and advice for others considering STEM. Some of the questions ask about family influences, education, role models, and hobbies related to STEM as well as the interviewee's job duties and motivations, accomplishments, and thoughts on changes in their field over time. The final questions focus on whether they would repeat their career and recommend STEM to others.
