The document summarizes the responses to questions about an AI car accident that killed a woman in 2018. For question 1, the programmer of the AI car is blamed because the car failed to identify pedestrians as it should have been trained to do. For question 2, the person agrees that an AI law should govern not just autonomous vehicles but all technologies used by humans. For question 3, the person disagrees with stopping investments in autonomous vehicles, arguing that with proper programming accidents can be prevented, and autonomous vehicles could ultimately reduce accidents caused by human error.

Instructions:
Answer the following questions in less than 200 words each.

Read the news (links below) happened about an AI car that killed a woman on March 18, 2018.

1. Who was to blame in this accident? and why?

I believe the programmers of the AI car should be blamed in this accident. As a self-driving car must be trained and
programmed to identify its surroundings – including objects and living things passing on the road, the car has failed to do so. The
company has to check the efficiency of the product before releasing it to the public. The sensors must be well programmed and trained
in order for it to detect different objects in the surroundings such as pedestrians, road signs, and even animals passing by the street.

2. Autonomous vehicle is one of the reasons why several governments are working to have an AI Law.
Which else -- technologies -- do you think should also be under this law aside from autonomous vehicles?
All kinds of technology should be under this law. As all technologies are used by humans, in which why the AI Law has to be
created, all people using technologies are subjected to accident once a technology fails.

3. Do you agree to stop investing on autonomous vehicles? How about looking at the vision that autonomous vehicles have less
accidents than humans doing the actual driving?
I do not agree on stopping the investments on autonomous vehicles. The accident happened because of the lack of training
and programming of the AI, but with proper program, this type of accidents can be prevented. With autonomous vehicles, the accident
caused by manual cars drove by humans will be lessened due to different kinds of human errors. The endless possibilities on this kind
of AI technology is ensured as technologies continue to develop to build a better future for the next generations to come.
