According to McKinsey and Co., 2007 “the quality of an educa
system cannot exceed the quality of its teachers.” Teachers play a c
role in nation building especially on this Pandemic time wherein fa
face is not allowed and quite difficult on the part of the teache
cascading knowledge to their learners, however Teachers are vigilan
committed to teach through blended learnings.
Rationale This is in consonance with the Department of Education visi
producing: “Filipinos who passionately love their country and whose v
and competencies enable them to realize their full potential and cont
meaningfully to building the nation” (DepEd Order No. 36, s. 2013).
It is the goal of this INSET for teachers to provide opportuniti
