SOP of Dome Closure Installation.

150mm Diameter x 500mm Height dome Closure

 Tool Box meeting


 Brief HSE instruction and check that PPE must be worn.
 Check and fill up daily Safety equipment checklist and daily health check checklist.
 Work space must be barricaded and check the field conditions and environment
 Set up the camp and clear working area.
 Prepare table and sheet on the ground.
 Place closure and accessories on the sheet and prepare for splicing.
 Remove outer shield by using Armor Cable Slitter (1.5m loop tube).

 Clean loop tube by using alcohol (remove gel)


 Strength member of 12-core fiber attached to closure
 Coil spare loop tube in the cable tray

 Put the protection tube to loop tube which it has to splice

 Splicing the 12-core joint(0.02dB) on the table


 Put the sleeve in the sleeve holder properly
 Coil spliced fiber in the tray properly

 Closure Grounding

 Put the label on the cable and dome closure


 Closure has been installed on the top of pole up-side by using steel tape, buckle and
bracket
 10 m 12-core fiber has been coiled in the zero bracket
 OTDR test
 Site Cleaning after the work done.
SOP of ODB Installation (Optical Distribution Box)
500mm x 500mm x 200mm

 Tool Box meeting.


 Brief HSE instruction and check that PPE must be worn.

 Set up the camp and clear working area.
 Prepare table and sheet on the ground.
 Place ODB and accessories on the sheet and prepare for splicing.
 Remove outer shield by using Amor Cable Slitter (1.5m loop tube).
 Clean loop tube by using alcohol (remove gel).
 Put the 12-core fiber in to the PVC pipe (4” x1.5m).
 Strength member of 12-core fiber attached to ODB.
 Coil spare loop tube in the cable tray.
 Put the protection tube to loop tube which it has to splice.
 Splicing the 12-core (0.02dB) on the table.
 Put the sleeve in the sleeve holder properly.
 Coil spliced fiber in the tray properly.
 Put the label on the cable and ODB.

 ODB has been installed on pole at 3m on the ground level by using steel tape, buckle
and bracket.

 10 m 12-core fiber has been coiled in the zero bracket.


 PVC pipe 1.2m has to be under of reserved coil 1feet away.
 OTDR test.
 Site Cleaning after the work done.
