I. MULTIPLYING 3-DIGIT TO 3-DIGIT WHOLE NUMBER

To multiply any whole number to a 3-digit whole number, we need to multiply every
digit of the multiplier to the ones digit then to the tens digit and lastly, to the hundreds digit of
the multiplicand. Thus, there will be three sets of partial products with different alignment
which will be added to get the final answer.

For the example below, take note of the following legend for place value.
