Accomplishment
 As a OSP Sr. Supervisor, I was able and successfully lead a group of Multi national in
project execution, control and management of Saudi telecom TEP-6 expansion
project, Eastern region for a period of seven ( 7 ) years with a total Budget of $ 5.5
billion dollar.
 Innovative problem solver that brought down ageing 1450 reported discrepancy to a
zero level on my first3 months of work with the company.
 Develop and initiated construction walkthrough system to identify and solve the
problems prior to project implementation.
 Manage to save expenditure of our client by as much as 18% thru constant checking
and review of site diaries and SOQ and other related document pertaining to billing.

Position: OSP Acceptance Eng’r. QA&QC. Riyadh, KSA
Responsibilities:

 Review, assess, and study to improve work progress and Quality, as well
as Safety of implementing team in order to achieve projected target date
of completion and milestone.
* Monitor FTTx, FTTH Micro trenching activities, site safety harness and
Procedure, quality of workmanship of sub contractors involved.
 Interface with the project managers/ engineers concerning the project
related issue, which involves preparation plan, planning, standard and
safety practices, duration of work, execution plan and other related
problems.
 Attend weekly Client meeting with vendor, contractors and sub-
contractors and discuss current and complex site issues, finding ways and
solution to resolve problem in order to achieve the projected date for the
smooth hand over of sites.
 Monitor daily reporting of all supervisors and inspectors with regards to
progress of civil conduit and hand holes installation, FOC laying and
splicing.
 Prepare flash and weekly progress reporting, circulate to all concerned FM
thru e-mail and submit to my Manager.
 Coordinate / inform FM’s or site engineers any sudden change of design
installation to avoid confusion and argument on site.
 Review, checked PAT documents presented by contractors and verified
associated inspection worksheet and test result, list of materials, sets of
Red line as built drawings, site diaries and BOQ prior to the date of PAT.
 Perform visual inspection and random testing of feeder, distribution fiber,
verified Drops and TB’s and ONT installation to ensure according to
standard.

Duties and responsibilities:
 Site Survey of particular area in order to acquire information on
customers complaint, Staking, measurement, assess customers
growth of proposed area for proper distribution of lines.
 Coordinate and delegate instruction to all supervisors / team
leaders working under my project responsibility as well as monitor
work progress, collate records such as, site instruction, site diaries,
discrepancy report and work orders.
 Check and verify BOQ and Plant units for billing and attend urgent
problems encountered on site.
 Attend meetings with concerned people involves on project
supervision, monitoring discrepancies, current issue, contentious

 Create Fiber Optic cable design as per required by the clients including ODF
termination proper placing of FOC on manholes and conduit.
 Manages daily work of activities for construction contract including
planning, delegating and coordinating project works and responsible for
safety, quality and performance for work team.
 Performed PAT activity, which includes verification test, document
verification, visual inspection and random sampling of the installation
 tests as, indicated on the forms.
 Provide detailed information to site Managers for issuance of up-dated

 Deals with the project managers/ engineers concerning the project related

 Team in-charge on supervision and inspection conducted by the group
composed of sub-constructor and consulting inspector for project
acceptance, testing and commissioning of telephone exchange, primary,

 Conduct drawing review submitted by the contractors for construction
recommendation which include direct buried cable and underground
placement of optical fiber cable, detailed conduit system, exchange cable
routing plan and single line diagram.
 Review submitted installation test document for fiber optic cable that
include graphic trace reading using laser precision equipment Hewlett
Packard, Tektronix software from OTDR, test computation of maximum
section losses as pair continuity and integrity, loop and insulation
resistance.
 Responsible for the strict implementation guidelines through evaluation of
safety status report. Creates programs and measure concerning safety
standard practice.
