All in One Mascara ED 0014 a

This mascara showcases the film forming properties of our Syncrowax™ ORM and OleoCraft™ LP-20
and enhances the efficacy of pigment dispersion. The high melting point of Syncrowax ORM enhances
the thermostabilty, and OleoCraft LP-20 enhances the strength of the gel-network structure. This
formulation structure allows for easy application to the lashes to build volume on the lashes. Crosilk™
Liquid and Lustreplex™ add all important moisturisation and conditioning benefits to this great everyday
mascara.

Procedure:
Pre-Processing Note: (Add +3.00% w/w of water to account for loss due to evaporation).

Add the water on the main beaker and start homogenising. Initiate heating of the main beaker to 75-80°C.
Add the rest of the Part A ingredients individually to the batch until uniform while homogenising. *Make
sure to cover the beaker at all times to prevent any water loss. When the batch is at 65°C, and all of Part A

is uniform, add Part B to neutralise. When the batch is at 70°C, and Parts A and B are uniform, add Part C
and continue homogenising until uniform. On a separate beaker add all of Part D and heat to 75-80°C until
fully melted and uniform. When melted, use a propeller mixer to aid uniformity. When both ABC and D are
at their appropriate temperatures and uniform, add Part D to ABC slowly while homogenising to emulsify
(adjust speed accordingly depending on batch size). Homogenise for 15-20 minutes until uniform to
emulsify. After emulsification, transfer the batch to slow side sweep mixing and cool the batch to 50°C. At
50°C, add Part E and continue slow side sweep mixing until uniform. Cool batch to 35°C. At 35°C, add
Part F and continue slow side sweep mixing until uniform. Cool the batch to RT. At RT, stop mixing and
check specifications.
