1. Official operation hours – 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
2. Please call facility helpdesk number during Govt. holiday and other listed holidays
3. TAT (Turn Around Time) for reverting on regular query / running complaints is 24 hours,
4. For emergencies, please call on facilities emergency number, which is operational 24 X 7 X 365
days
5. All are requested to follow the matrix for us to deliver on time and effectively
