Introduction

Leaders in an organization, which involves managers who lead, motivate employees, influence

people or teams during their work, select the most effective means of communication or deal in

any manner with the problem of employee behavior. A successful leader has one of his qualities

in inspiring his/her employees to make a high degree of effort to achieve organizational

objectives, which is conditional on the effort to fulfill some personal needs. One of the attributes

a leader should have to be able to motivate others to become competitive and maintain employee

support. When the global economy changes rapidly, leaders must be aware of and alert to

organizational changes. Organizational changes must be carefully planned and implemented.

Leaders who make changes are confronted with many challenges and face competitions,

conflicts and discomfort. At least two important factors can influence the ways in which

individual performance at work, influences, and personal motivation are a type of leadership. In

order to increase innovation and ensure its own survival, the 21st century organization has a

highly flexible structure, given the increasing challenges posed by the dynamic and complex

world of globalization. The strategic management needs to be optimized, both for objectives and

efficiency, in order to enhance innovation and create desire to change. This leadership has an

important role to play at all organizational levels Leaders with a high degree of leadership

motivation can easily identify and show an active and effective management style. In other

words, a leader must be highly motivated both for his or her motivation and for the ability to

motivate employees to undertake new tasks and adjustments. In addition to high self-directed

skills, leaders must be motivated to lead to influence their staff effectively. Many factors, such as

technological changes and policy changes, are responsible for changes to technical and

professional organizations.
Definition of leadership and motivation

Leadership is a social influence process in which a person can help and encourage others to

perform a common task. Leadership is to make things happen and you need people to do this. In

addition, you need to trust people to follow you. And they must be motivated to have confidence

in you and to do things for yourself and the organization. It is therefore the leadership that

always motivates its employees. (Felfeet to the.2006)

Motivation is an objective that helps an individual to achieve his objectives. It leads a person to

work hard for his or her goals. It may also be referred to as internal or external forces acting on a

person who inspires enthusiasm and persistence in pursuing a specific course of action. This is

the motivation inside and outside. There are additional sub-points within these two concepts.

Rational factors such as expectation, self-confidence, and management of objectives are part of

internal motivation. There are also factors like needs, qualities and personality, which are

irrational. In terms of external motivation, the sub-points of & design take into account factors

and uncharacteristic of motivation. Another sub-item is economic and social factors, such as

recompenses, justice and salaries. (Switzerland, 2008, p. 13).

Relationship between leadership and motivation

For people who want to be leaders in some point of life, motivation is crucial. The motivation to

climb to a high level of leadership is powerful. It's no accident that high-capacity leaders are

founded. It often entails a decisive move by an individual, regardless of the huddles along the

way, to promote this success. 1ence, management and motivation are so interconnected that they

cannot be divided. Styles used in the management of an organization have a greater effect.
Workers who are leading are motivated to do their best. Changes in leadership style can therefore

clearly improve motivation at work. Efficient managers can inspire employees and improve

productivity in an organization in turn. Leaders need to make people passionate about employees

to understand meaning and meaning in their various roles. Passion and inspiration are important

motivational ingredients. In the process of motivating employees, the management style which

attempts to share and communicate the importance of the vision of a company is very important.

Since all employees understand the organization's common goal and goals as enshrined in their

vision, leaders will easily gather their motivation. Employees will have a strong desire to achieve

an organization's goals only if they understand or recognize their vision. A vision can only be

shared between top leadership and syndicate employees through relationship leadership.

Employees tend to be more aware if a leader rationalizes them rather than take individual

actions. The style of leadership employed can clearly produce mined feelings among the

employees and motivation in the workplace. While the effectiveness of leadership in motivating

employees cannot be demonstrated in a special way, it must be noted that although leadership

and motivation have in the past been treated as two different entities, a close correlation between

them can still be established. Some people argue that leadership has no motivational impact. If

this were true, employee engagement and dedication would not determine the performance of an

organization. Many arguments can be misleading, because leadership is, as previously

mentioned, a form of social influence. The team leader should therefore be connected and the

staff should respond. Leadership is much more than a manager who defines employees'

principles. A leader would also like to develop the team via coordination and organization. Not

only does leadership show the way, but in a number of situations also leads. This understanding

links leadership and motivation very strongly.

Leadership in Organization

Leadership often involves influencing others in the organization to follow and execute tasks to

achieve the mission and vision of the organization. Successful leaders have a clear path to do

what they want. It's 'driven.' Whether Maslow needs revision of himself, Aldermen need to grow

or McClelland needs power, leaders need success. Management is a key component of corporate

performance. It is a key part of the management work and focuses on the goals or goals of the

organization. Leadership is a lifelong learning process that supports collaborative leaders to

achieve goals in certain circumstances. Leaders are the main reason for failure if the leaders do

not meet or achieve the organizational objectives of their employees. Leaders in many areas need

to be effective, including corporate planning, decision making, communication and conflict

management. To improve performance, a suitable form of behavior. Leaders can make an

effective comparison of performance from others and can see their role in the performance of

their employees. At all levels in the company, it is vital. Leadership is the ability to visualize and

work for the company and employees, both moral and intellectual. Good management and

efficient management help to develop teamwork and to integrate individual and group objectives.

Leaders must maintain performance and develop with organizational employees for the future.

Although leaders look at performance indicators, they promote creativity and innovation, take

risks and future development skills. All employee performance must be sustained and moral

standards reconstructed. The leader's key role in shaping coaching performance is essential for an

organization's achievement.
Motivation in the Workplace

Motivation is divided into two types of intrinsically motivating action, because it is intrinsically

exciting, pleasurable and alien. Internal stimuli are known to influence individual behavior

without interference from others or the environment. The inherent motivation In psychological

conditions, it also makes a person feel competent. All intrinsic motivations can not be stimulated

internally but can be formed through learning and experience which lead to personal satisfaction.

Not the sort. Not the sort. This situation. This situation. To encourage people to increase their

intrinsic motivation to encourage people to do their best and to decrease their intrinsic motivation

repeatedly when asked to do their least favorite work. It may be concluded that the level of

checks and controls in an area can be determined by employees. Experienced leaders gave them

the ability to grasp and develop their own learning potential, to give their staff an opportunity to

control. Motivation of employees is one of the leaders in improving employee efficiency.

Motivation is a psychological process that is essential. A knowledge of what makes people tick

motivates the behavior management process. The process stimulates and energizes behavior and

performance and supports this.

Motivation and Leadership in Technical and Vocational Organizations

Technical and vocational training leadership is an area in which semi-trained, qualified workers

are developed and made. Professional education provides the first level of education to provide

the basis for future careers for youth. Persons taking part in professional training have a strong
basis of knowledge and a specific field of work. In the company, people who are appointed

managers or the heads of a job are generally the persons with skills in a field. All skilled persons,

however, do not possess the technical expertise or leadership ability. In fact, the supervisor can

assume in a company that people with a high degree of skill have technical skills or the capacity

for leadership and can take decisions in any situation. However, not every person is capable of

leading by skills or technique. Due to leadership skills, you need to have confidence and know

something extensively before you decide on anything. Technical training for skilled workers,

focusing on the skills of the hands, in the early implementation (hands-on skills). Time and

technology development, however, demands a change in technical and professional

organizations, in order to create integrity leaders who possess a range of skills and not just

technical skills. Since leadership development in many disciplines and fields of practice has

become an important and long-standing focus, professional and technical education is no

exception. A leader needs knowledge and ability in a technological and professional organization

to perform tasks very well or highly skilled, both before leading employees. With a diverse

workforce within technical and professional organizations, leaders should have an important

leadership quality that motivates people. Changes in the workplace environment, the introduction

of new devices and equipment would influence employee motivation. The level of incentives

may decrease due to new devices and machinery being trained and learned. Leaders must

demonstrate their leadership by encouraging employees to change. Motivation for employees is

one of the leading managers of employee efficiency strategies in companies. One way to

stimulate people is an effective motivation, which increases employees' satisfaction and

commitment.

 Conclusion
Active processes are leadership and motivation. Understanding leadership and motivation opens

up new processes for thinking about how and why people conduct themselves and helps us

understand certain basic principles of human behavior. This knowledge can help us choose

individuals who show certain qualities in society and in communities. The compensation system

and penalties in our environment largely influence our conduct. This is how our thinking and

memory influence our behavior. The fact that we have immediate influences and the ability to

speak freely now could be the most significantly influenced. In organizational administration, in

particular within technical and professional organizations, leadership and motivation are

therefore essential.
