HP Manufacturing Mode Unlock

- after powering on the laptop encountered the msg " manufacture programming mode is in unlock mode"

tried already re-installing windows,upgrade/downgrade of bios version but it doesn't make any changes .

thanks for the advice i already sent the laptop to one of the authorized service center and they already
fixed it
