IDEA

The IDEA or the Individual with disabilities Education Act entitled to those child Affected with Special
need from infancy to young adulthood to have appropriate education with this special services from The
Department of Education. This law helped and make sure children with disabilities have access in free
education and to develop their Individual needs and to provide equality. This law provide flexible an
individualize system that focus and support the primary needs of the special Children, their differences
and the different approaches in doing the service and might be have a lot of changes in educational
practice and design just to meet its needs.

Activity 2

Write your personal reflection on the implementation of the Inclusion Program since its launch in 2009.

Inclusion program is really important since then it gives equality to those children with special needs,
helping them to be more equipped and responsive. This law will motivate not just the special children
but also the parents who are also the foundation of their basic values and knowledge. Academics and
social learning is indeed one of the important aspect individual must have to lift up their personality.
Regular education classroom provides additional learning for them to enhance their capabilities and to
explore and impaired something wealth that no one could take it away from them which is their
education. The essence of accepting personal differences, valuing once important in the community and
to empower them to be competitive gives additional significance contribution in the needs of the
society. I really do believe this law will make remarkable changes in the field of persons with disabilities
(PWD) because of the integration of both parties the learner and the sources, the process of networking
and accepting the new ideas and innovation in educating people, the continuous participation and
collaboration and the support system given to the end user. This is all possible and accessible until up to
this day because of the living proof of loving person with disabilities together with their parents which is
for me the source of the their primary learning. Proper Utilization of materials and sources will make this
law flow the way it is to be, also action of implementing appropriate program specified and directly
relevance to their different needs is being organized. With this, I believe that no child will left behind.
