after being sworn to in accordance with law, hereby names, appoints and constitute ALVIN
GONZALES BERNARDO likewise of legal age, a Filipino citizen and resident of B2 L6
GREENTOWN 2 BAYANAN BACOOR CITY CAVITE as my lawful Assignees and in my name,
place and stead to do and perform the following acts to wit:

To execute, sign, received, process any kinds of transaction regarding the application
for housing loan purposes and the transfer of ownership from the said grantor to the said
grantee under to this stipulated property (BLOCK 11 LOT 12 PHASE 3 MICARA ESTATES
BRGY. SAHUD-ULAN TANZA CAVITE) under the supervision of PRO-FRIENDS (PROPERTY
COMPANY OF FRIENDS INC.,)developer and such legal documents that is deemed proper and
convenient and all other concerns from the undersigned grantor thereof under such terms and
conditions and under such covenants which my/our said Attorney-In-Fact may deem proper
and convenient.

I HEREBY GRANT AND CONFIRM all that the Assignees and Authority to do and
perform every act and whatsoever necessary to be done in and about the premises relative to
the said purposes and not limited to the purposes stated herein.

I HEREBY RATIFY AND CONFIRM, all that the Assignees and lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue of these presents.
