SUBJECT: REITERATION ON THE SUBMISSION OF IDLAR

DATE: August 27, 2020

1. This is to reiterate that the schedule of the submission of Individual Daily Log
and Accomplishment Report (IDLAR) is every last working day of the week.

2. Elementary Primary teachers shall submit their IDLAR to the Madam Mary
Therese Clemente while the Intermediate teachers shall submit theirs to Madam
Melissa Santiago. Madam Santiago will then submit the IDLARs of the
Intermediate teachers to Madam Clemente for the consolidation of the
Elementary Department. Meanwhile, the Junior High School Teachers shall
submit their IDLAR to Sir Michael Mangaran.

3. All teachers shall submit their IDLAR not later than 4:30 pm of the last
working day of the week for consolidation.

4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is required.
