Questions For Welders

The document provides questions related to welding processes and qualifications. It addresses technical questions about gas tungsten arc welding and shielded metal arc welding processes, materials that can be welded, filler materials, diameter and thickness limits for qualification, welding positions, preheating and interpass temperature requirements. Safety questions cover required personal protective equipment for welders and safety considerations for working at heights, in confined spaces, and permitting requirements for hot work.
