PERFORMANCE TASK NO. 1 (WRITING CLERIHEW)

Directions: A clerihew is a whimsical, four-line biographical poem invented by


Edmund Clerihew Bentley. The first line is the name of the poem's subject, usually a
famous person put in an absurd light, or revealing something unknown or spurious about
them. The rhyme scheme is AABB, and the rhymes are often forced.
For performance no. 1, write four clerihews introducing four members of your
family. (An example will be sent to our Group Chat)

PERFORMANCE TASK NO. 2 (DESCRIBING A PLACE)

Directions: Describe vividly your place of residence/your home, or a significant


place that is very close to your heart. Employ imagery in writing to present the visual
presentations in the minds of the readers. (An example will be sent to our Group Chat)

Great Adventure

The people who enjoy Baguio's incredible beauty from the bottom of their hearts,
not just by throwing petty words at uneducated people, are what truly defines the city.

From the tiniest details to the biggest ideas, I'm confident you'll be surprised to
learn or receive more than you expected. It's not just about the cool weather, being the
Philippines' summer capital, and many more, though that is a distinguishing feature when
compared to other places in the Philippines.

Baguio is a truly interesting city. It offers wonderful natural wonders, unique


traditions, thrilling adventures, and people who should be known all over the world. All
of Baguio's spectacular sights can be captured in the blink of an eye.

There are also several lovely parks with cool, fresh air, ideal for any picnic or
gathering. The most popular is Burnham Park, which is open to the public and allows
anyone to spend time with family and friends while admiring the gorgeous man-made
lake.

You can also enjoy the lake by taking a boat trip, which costs P120 for an
unlimited ride. There are a variety of boat designs to pick from, including cartoon
characters and swans at the bow of each boat. People who want to ride their bikes around
the park can do so alongside Burnham. Again, one hour of riding any bike costs only
P40-80, and you can choose from a variety of bike designs.
PERFORMANCE TASK NO. 3 (DESCRIBING A PERSON)

Directions: Using imagery, describe a significant person in your life. Describe


his/her physical characteristics, unforgettable experiences shared, and other attributes that
make him/her significant. (An example will be sent to our Group Chat)

Fall in love with your life so passionately that it doesn't matter who joins you or
who leaves, because your happiness isn't dependent on anyone or anything.

Create a life that is so beautiful and inspiring that it takes your breath away every
time you open your eyes to see it.

Don't wait for someone to complete you or finish your masterpiece of a life; do it
alone and for yourself, and whoever comes into your life will simply become a lovely
addition to your existence.

Make your life the most fantastic, inspiring, and beautiful existence you can
imagine, so you may be a lovely complement to someone else's life and grow as two
wholes, not two half.

Build a strong foundation for your life and enjoy what you're doing, since there's
nothing more appealing than a person who doesn't need anyone or anything to feel
pleased or content.

Once you've discovered bliss in your own life, you're free to invite whoever you
want to join you, and it won't matter how long they stay or how they act... because you've
already completed your masterpiece and discovered bliss, peace, and the deepest sense of
love within your own heart and soul.

Fall in love with your life, be everything you've always wanted to be, and you'll
never have to look for your soul mate again... your soul mate will find you gracefully!
