II、 Structure description

3ZB-20/10.5 type water inject pump is three-cylinder single action
reciprocating pump which is designed take example by advanced structure
design of plunger at home and abroad, it is composed of power end, plunger
assembly and fluid end etc. Its basic operation principle is as follows:
Rotary motion of bent axle is made by electromotor through transmission of
motor pulley, pump belt pulley and narrow V-belt，and then bent axle pushes
linkage and cross head to do alternate motion of plunger. When plunger
towards back, suction valve will be opened and liquid enters into cylinder until
plunger moves to final position, come here suction process is over; when
plunger towards ahead, internal pressure of cylinder is raised, therefore,
suction valve will be closed and discharge valve will be open, liquid is pushed
by plunger and exhausted by discharge valve. Continual rotary motion of bent
axle will make continual suction and discharge of liquid in cylinder.
1.Power end：
Power end adopts crank-shaft connecting structure which is designed take
example by advanced structure design at home and abroad, alternate motion
of connecting bar and cross head is by rotary of bent axle. Multi-cylinder
pump could decrease pipeline shake. Power end is mainly consist of frame,
bent axle, connecting bar, cross head, cross head pin, connecting slip and
rolling bearing etc. The power end is with simply mechanism, good strength
and rigidity, light weight, long lifetime, convenience in maintenance and
reliable running.
1.1 Frame for casting the overall structure,trademark HT250, High strength and stability,
long service life and so on
1.2 Crankshaft for overall (42CrMo) forgings, With high load capacity and fatigue
strength.
1.3 Connecting rod, crosshead for alloy steel (ZG270 ~ 500) Casting.
1.4 Crosshead outside hanging Babbit alloy，a high ratio of compressive strength to
withstand, but also protect the frame will not be wear and tear and prolong the life of
frame.
1.5 Crosshead pin for alloy steel forgings.
1.6 Connecting rod big head for special casting wear-resistant aluminum alloy.
1.7 Connecting rod small head for Al-Fe bronze casting.
1.8 Power end middle connecting rod,crosshead slide,crosshead pin, rolling bearings’

normal operation of power end.

2、Hydraulic power end
Main of hydraulic power end structure with horizontal straight combination
valve,reducing the volume of fluid cylinder clearance, and to avoid the alternating stress
in fluid-cylinder, to avoid the cracking phenomenon of fluid cylinder.,to improve the
service life of the fluid cylinder. Mainly of the hydraulic cylinder with body, suction,
discharge valve components.
2.1 Since the transmission medium is salt water, require a high degree of corrosion
resistance,over-current parts of the liquid cylinder, suction, discharge tubes, etc. made of
stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti ,and has strong corrosion resistance.
2.2 Discharge valve with damping type combination valve structure, and disassembly
and maintenance very convenient.
3、Plunger piston combination
3.1Plunger piston combined with subunit construction type, using pressure plate pull
compaction, replacement packing, the plunger, then loose pressure nut, rotating
packing boxes, the boxes can be removed, it is easy to replace the packing, plunger.

3.2Plunger piston with steel spraying nickel-base alloy,the hardness HV>780, It has high
wear resistance and long service life. The life reach the national standard。

3.3 Packing is rectangular packing Aramid 1030,has wear-resistant, long service life
and so on.
4. Suction regulator tank with suction stable, especially in the pump work, can well adjust
the pressure fluctuates and flow pulsation.
5. Discharged accumulator has a good voltage regulation result, reduce pipe vibration,
reducing pipe welding line cracking.
