A large number of researchers have studied the impact of place work on organizational
performance. (Awan & Tahir, 2015) had concluded that working environment as a working
environment is that environment in which employees work together to meet the organizational
goals, it is type of system, process or any object which affected the performance of organization.
In other words it is place of completion of work. Surroundings of work place and geographical
position has great effect on the performance of organization. Such as neatness of work place, air
noise of traffic parking facilities for employee’s child care center for female workers free coffee
facility these factors increase the satisfaction level of employees, leads the organization towards
innovation and has increase productivity level. Different organizations are now taking steps to
convert the surroundings of workplace for employees comfortable. Such as changing design of
arrangement of machinery or provide LCDs instead of old monitors. This satisfies the workers
and motivates the employees to put their best efforts to get more optimum output.

(Sehgal, 2012) concluded that the organizations which are moving towards Beast working
environment have the employees more comfortable and more productive. Comfortable stage of
employees is the situation in which employees put their best to get maximum output.
Comfortable is physical sensation and emotional state of employees. (Leblebici, 2012)
concluded that workplace environment has a high effect on ability of company for selection of
skilled peoples and the maintenance of skilled peoples. Comfort ability, productivity and moral
of employees are factors of work place environment. Peoples those who are working in such
environment in which their work place environment has bad surroundings such noise, low
lighting lack of safety health problem. In this paper the author checks employee’s performance
on the bases of working place. Now a days the employees and employer interaction is not a
good. The reason is that the opportunities of jobs are increasing day by day in worldwide
economy. The employer should have needed to make strong interaction with the employees.
(Jayaweera, 2015) included that workplace of job affected the performance of the workers.
Environment of job has directly attached with the performance of the employees. Physical
environment, psychosocial environment also affected the organizational performance.
Performance of employees also depends on their motivation.

(Chandrasekhar, 2011) had describes the incompetent environment is not lager affordable able in
the market. it effect on the skills growths of the employees .it effect on the employees morale
and performance may be positively or negatively in the aspect of growing employees potential
the organization should give some special offers. It is increase their salary or increase in the
annual increment. The problem is that mostly industry environment is not healthy .it effects on
these employees health. That causes in major declines and employees lead such types of
industries. the work place environment be affect the organization performance negatively or
positively teases mostly environment of organization are not secure according to employees
health the bad workplace environment include so the several problem it may be noise , unsuitable
furniture lack of ventilation. (Naharuddin & Sadegi, 2013) revelead that workplace environment
factors affect the employee’s performance. He discuss in his paper that there are two variables
that affect the employees performance which are basically two types first is physical workplace
and second is job aid. This factor has major effect on performance other variables such as
supervisor support may not consider factor that affect performance. However, according this
research study there are just two self-governing variables that is a lot affects the employees’
routine. The two self-governing variables are job aid and physical place of work atmosphere.
However, controller support is not a lot affecting the employees’ performance. It can conclude
that the supervisors need to improve their management towards the subordinates in turn to
produce a important link in between the controller and the workers. It plays a vital role in the
employee’s satisfaction.

(Hameed, 2009) concluded that the office design has a considerable effect on the employees’
efficiency. Generally effect of different essentials shows that lighting affects the output of most
of workers. The whole mean of all the factors show that female employees are more disturbed
with their workplace environment, while, their male workers are less worried with it.

concerned about the lighting in their offices, followed by the spatial arrangement.

routine. Thus productivity has reducing due to the place of work environment.
