COMES NOW the Plaintiffs and the Defendants City of Huntsville, Mayor Tommy Battle and Lauren Woltjen, parties in the above referenced matter, by and through their undersigned counsel of record, and moves this Court by joint stipulation to dismiss the claims of the Plaintiff against Defendants City of Huntsville, Mayor Tommy Battle, and Lauren Woltjen with prejudice, cost taxed as paid. All claims of the Plaintiff against any other Defendant(s) remain pending.
