Automatic creation of deliveries in back ground through delivery due lists


➢ Configure List Profile
SPRO-IMG->Logistics-execution ->Shipping->Worklists ->Configure List Profile
or
T code: VL10CUA

Use the standard profile 5002, You can also edit if you want so just click on display ->
Change

➢ Create Deliveries in Background


Transaction: VL10BATCH

Click on Create variant

Enter the Name of Variant and then click on create

Here Select for all selection screens

Navigate to Screen 7 using the next screen button

Assign the Roles 5002, and untick use list profile, and also F code profile 5001, Del creation
profile STOA
Go back to Screen 1 where you can select any option from the General Data and Shipping
point in the below screen to filter the selection for STOs to be created.

Enter the shipping point and calculate Rule, and then click on back

Variant ZSTO_BACK_PROC saved


Next, select your variant and click on Scheduling to schedule the job for a future time or you
can select Start Immediately to test your variant.

Request with variant ZSTO_BACK_PROC Started

You can go to Display Scheduling to view the status of you job

Click on Log to display the Log.

Let’s see how it background job working


➢ Create a STO PO Via ME21N

Stock Transp. Order created under the number 4500000733

➢ Now run the background job via T code: VL10BATCH

Select the variant and then click on Start immediately


Request with variant ZSTO_BACK_PROC Started
Click on Display scheduling

Status is finished. Now select the line and then click on Log

Look at here, Outbound delivery has created


➢ Let’s check PO History ME23N

➢ Create a PGI Via VL02N

Replenishment Dlv 80002085 has been saved


Goods receipt with ref. outbound delivery via MIGO
