Contractor to attend some safety specific trainings:

Occupational Health & Safety

1. Working at Height training (1 day)

2. Tactile FRM training (4 hrs)
3. Confined Space Training (1 day)
4. Fire Fighting & Warden (1 day)
5. First Aid & CPR (1 day)
Start Contractor to provide 6. Gas Detection (4 hrs)

Welder
Occupational Health & Safety

Contractor to attend some trainings:

1. Fire Fighting - Warden Training (1 day)
2. Hot Work Permit & FRM Tactile training (1 day)
3. Working at Height Training (1 day)
Contractor to provide 4. Confined Space Training (1 day)
Start welder 6G Certificates Note:
for all welders No.3 & 4 N/A for welding activities at ground level
and outside confined space
Learning and Org. Development

Submit request to L&OD for Testing only from L&OD and

welder test scheduled Safety Welding Training will

Scaffolder
 Occupational Health & Safety

Contractor to attend some trainings:

Contractor to provide 1. Working at Height training (1 day)
Start Scaffolder Certificates 2. Tactile FRM training (4 hrs)

Scaffolder test scheduled
