GENERATOR PROTECTION RELAY SETTINGS


GENERATOR DATA:
Rating = 31.25 MVA
Terminal Voltage = 13.8 kV
Synchronous reactance (Xd) = 1.539 Pu
= 1.539 x 13.8 x 13.8/31.25
= 9.378 Ohm
Transient reactance Xd’ = 0.258 Pu
= 0.258 x 13.8 x 13.8/31.25
