EMF Detector Report Solve

This project involves designing a circuit to detect electromagnetic fields inside vehicles. An inductor acts as an EMF sensor, inducing small voltages from nearby electric fields. An operational amplifier amplifies these voltages from the inductor and sends audio signals to headphones, allowing the user to detect electromagnetic signals through sound. The circuit was simulated using PSPICE software. Applications include detecting radio frequencies, EMF levels, or "ghost hunting". The goal is to sense electromagnetic waves of different frequencies used in vehicles.

Abstract
This project is about to detect magnetic field detection system where it will be used
and how it will detect. In developed and developing countries EMF has been a
common concern for reducing the efficiency of electrical and electronic devices in its
surrounding. This project is designed to detect EMF in vehicles that are present in
different frequencies (Radio Signals). The experimental setup has been carried out
using PSPICE software. Electromagnetic fields are created by two types of current.
One is DC and the other is AC. Electromagnetic fields that are created by AC is
measured by EMF meters. The objective of this project is to detect the
Electromagnetic field which is present inside the vehicle. In my project, I designed a
circuit that can be used to sense electromagnetic fields. In This circuit, a 1mH
inductor is used to detect the electric field, this inductor work as a sensor. Small
voltages will be induced in this inductor from the electric field and these voltages will
be amplified by an operational amplifier, headphone is connected to the output of the
operational amplifier. So, an operational amplifier will give the audio indication to the
headphone of the presence of the electric field. By keeping the sensor inductor near
to a telephone line, we can even hear the telephone conversations. Applications of
this circuit are the electromagnetic detector at applying in EMF Scanner, Entity
sensor pro-EMF Detector, Ghost Hunter (EMF, EVP, and SCAN), Ultimate EMF
detector, EMF Analyzer, EMF Strength Meters, Radio Frequencies, and Televisions
and Computer games.
In the case of our project, this circuit will be used to detect the radio frequencies.
In the future, we can modify this circuit by increasing the range to detect the EMF.

1. Introduction:
1.1. Problem Definition

In vehicles mostly used radio/MP3 players, there is a need to detect electromagnetic

waves of different channels having different frequencies. I design a circuit to detect
such electromagnetic waves to connect with a certain frequency channel.

1.2. Criteria and Constraints

In my project, I used an operational amplifier, transistor, inductors, capacitors, and

resistors. Inductors that I used will detect EMF and will induce voltages, these
voltages will be amplified by an operational amplifier and signals will be sent to the
device connected (headphones).

1.3. Objectives

The objective of this project is to detect the Electromagnetic field which is present
inside the vehicle.

2. Proposed Solution/idea/Method

2.1. Background

Electromagnetic fields are created by two types of current. One is DC and the other
is AC. Electromagnetic fields that are created by AC is measured by EMF meters. To
understand this concept more clearly that we use electrical devices on daily basis
such as TV and microwave, surges by this type of current (AC).

2.2. Theory Using Block Diagram

Electrically charged objects create the electromagnetic field which is the physical
field. The EMF extends indefinitely throughout space and describes the
electromagnetic interaction. Four fundamental forces exist in nature,
Electromagnetic field is one of them and the others are gravitation, weak
interaction, and strong interaction). The combination of the electric and magnetic
field can be viewed as the field overall. Stationary charges produce an electric
field and the moving charges produce a magnetic field, these two are described
as the source of the field. As shown in the circuit below we design a circuit to
detect the Electromagnetic field inside the vehicles, I used an inductor,
operational amplifier, and passive components which are the backbone of the
circuit. The inductor acts as an EMF sensor and creates voltages, Operational
amplifier amplifies the voltages created by the inductor and sent audio signals to
the device connected to the output of the operational amplifier.
The circuit diagram for this project is as follow:

The design of the project is as follow

2.5. Simulations/ code

In my project, I designed a circuit that can be used to sense electromagnetic
fields. In This circuit, a 1mH inductor is used to detect the electric field, this
inductor work as a sensor. Small voltages will be induced in this inductor from the
electric field and these voltages will be amplified by an operational amplifier,
headphone is connected to the output of the operational amplifier. So, an
operational amplifier will give the audio indication to the headphone of the
presence of the electric field. By keeping the sensor inductor near to a telephone
line, we can even hear the telephone conversations. The simulation result of this
project is here below.
