EVALUATION PERIOD: This Software is shareware. You are permitted to evaluate the
unregistered Software for a period not to exceed thirty days. After this period,
you must either purchase a registration or stop using the Software.
LICENSE TYPE: You following types of registered license are available for
purchase, although some types of license are not available for some products:
o Personal (single-user) license. This allows you to install the Software onto
one personally-owned computer for personal use. You may install the Software
onto a second personally-owned computer provided the Software is first
uninstalled from the first computer. The Software must not be installed on
more than one computer at any one time, nor onto a computer that is owned by
a corporation, an academic institution or government agency.
o Corporate single-user license. This allows you to install the Software onto
one computer for corporate, academic or government use. You may install the
Software onto a second computer provided the Software is first uninstalled
from the first computer. The Software must not be installed on more than one
computer at any one time.
o Ten-user license. This allows you to install the Software on up to ten
computers. You may transfer the Software from one computer to another, but
the Software must not be installed on more than ten computers at any one
time.
o Site license. This allows you to install the software on any number of
computers that are located at a single company site.
o Country license. This allows you to install the software on any number of
computers that are located at any company site within a single specified
country.
o World-wide license. This allows you to install the software on any number of
computers that are located at any company site anywhere in the world.
DISCLAIMER: This code should be used at your own risk. The Software is provided
on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation
the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-
infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software
is borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not Simon Armstrong
assume the entire cost of any service and repair. In addition, you must determine
that the Software sufficiently meets your requirements. This disclaimer of
warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement.
