Version 2 –July 2020

Introduction
Total E&P Nigeria has developed a template of inspection for its vessels.

This vessel inspection template is based on a previous xl-format. It is to be used for inspections of
Fast Crew Boats (Surfer vessels).

The aim of the Vessel inspection is not to replace the OVID inspection, but to allow follow-up of the
fleet under charter with Company (CPY).

Schedule of inspection is setup as a quarterly inspection. Once inspection is carried out, deficiencies
are to be recorded in the summary chart (chapter 16) and report is to be provided to the
corresponding Marine Manager depending if the vessel is contracted by DW or PHC District.
It is reminded that the inspection is an internal document and shall not be communicated to any
other party or contractor.
