Dedication Litany

Minister: To the glory of God, our Father, by whose favor we have offered our lives to you.

To the honor of Jesus, the Son of the living God, our Lord and Saviour;

To the work of the Holy Spirit, minister of life and light.

Congregation: We dedicate our lives, O God, to Thee.

Minister: For the guidance of children and youth, For the salvation of men and women,

Congregation: We dedicate our lives, O God, to Thee.

Minister: For the defense of liberty, For the training of conscience, For aggressive warfare
against evil,

Congregation: We dedicate our lives, O God, to Thee.

Minister: As a gift of gratitude and love from those who have experience the gift of Christ’s
grace. We bring this body as a freewill offering to our God.

Congregation: We, the people of this institution, now consecrating ourselves anew, dedicate
our lives to the cause of Christ and to the service of humankind.
