Box Shared Folders Control

1. Print only folder – Box permission set to Viewer


• Allow Printing Mode
• Disallow Scanning Mode

2. Print and Scan folder- Box permission set to Editor

Duplicate Files – Solution to Box’s limitation

1. Append suffix to duplicate file: “_xxx” for PDF, XLSX, DOCX, and PPTX.
• Increment from “_001.file extension” to “_999.file extension”
• At maximum, Prompt File Name already exists & provide Scan Settings to rename file

2. Single Page JPEG duplicate file


• Kept eBN specifications for suffix “-000” defined in TopAccess->Save as File settings
• Prompt File Name already exists & provide Scan Settings to rename file
