Pulse Secure Issue Solving

Cause ISSUE:

Issues 1 – There is no authentication window displayed (and/or) “Your Input is


Needed to Connect” Pop up coming up

Issue 2 – User is prompted for input in notifications, but no window is displayed or


notified no response timeout

Issue 3 – User clicks on Connect in Pulse UI but nothing happens – no prompt for
authentication or MFA

Solution 1.  Close Pulse Secure Client window and exit pulse client from the taskbar.
2.  Go to Search and type registry editor 

3.  Find registry key: -> Scroll left pane to top and expand to below location in
registry editor

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Pulse Secure\Saml

4.  Change highlighted keys below to below values: -> double click on each value
->select decimal as highlighted -> update value as mentioned

(change to decimal first)

samlbottom =646
samlleft = 50
samlright = 1246
samltop = 50

 
 

5.  Open Pulse Secure.
