Manual for installing digital signature

Step 1:

Open internet option – Go to security – Click on Trusted sites – Click on sites

Add – https://127.0.0.1 and https://localhost


As shown below and close the dialog box

Step 2:
Copy the Digital signature folder provided by the municipality on your desktop or laptop

a) Open 1. emSigner-windows folder and install emsigner

c) Install 2.jdk_15.0.2_windows-x64_bin

e) Copy 3.emsigner and paste on C:\emSigner\emSigner

g) Right click on that paste file and send its shortcut to desktop. (you should always open
this batch file from desktop before login to the www.ebps.kiritpurmun.gov.np)

Step 3:
Now go to Browser – Chrome or Firefox
Open 3.emsigner.bat from desktop
Open Chrome – type https://127.0.0.1:8080 enter

Go to advanced

And click on – Proceed to unsafe

Step 4
Input you token in your usb port on your desktop or laptop

Now open http://ebps.kirtipurmun.gov.np/Account/SelectLogOn

Click on Log on with Signature

Click on you Name and Click Sign Button


Input your pin

Click on signature a link will follow

How to append Digital Signature on Autocad?


Open Autocad File
Go to options

Click on Open and Save

Click on Digital Signature Tab


Tick Attach Digital Signature after saving drawing
Now save you file
Input token pin
Your sign has been successfully append on the autocad file
