emerged as the leading bandwidth provider for other Internet Service Providers in Thailand. It
has also diversified into providing comprehensive range of excellent value added services for
Internet such as Internet and Intranet applications development, content designing, development
and hosting. ICTAcehas combined a set of products and services that meet the immediate
information technology needs of a small business: Internet access, basic and enhanced hosting
services, Web design, Intranet applications, and most exciting to small business, E-Commerce
tools.

ICTAce Communication has become premier ISP in Thailand, providing the best technical
support, and most reliable, effective, and appropriate technology. ICTAce has also pioneered in
providing wireless communication in Thailand by introducing data communications through
radio modems and VSAT technologies that quickly puts Internet access at the hands of the
subscribers, regardless of their locations.

The company envisages being a leader in the field of Information Technology in Thailand by
establishing a communication network across the country. We are leading provider amongst the
whole nation, and is well known for the superior performance, reliability and cost effective
products.

communication and business. As one of the largest facilities-based broadband
networks, ICTAce leads the way toward a New World of frictionless business with its unique
and seamless combination of technology, applications and implementation.

ICTAce is to carve a niche in the field of Information Technology in Thailand by introducing
reliable, effective and appropriate technology with full technical support. Our main strategy is to
combine best people, best equipment, and the best connection to create superior product.

Who would initiate the project?

Normally the project sponsor initiates the projects. ICTAce is the service provide company. It
offers different kinds of services. Offering the services means, marketing analysis, manpower,
feasibility and scope should be defined. To do this First internally company access all those
things. Then only company can be ready to offer the readymade services.

Its not always the same, almost time the customer needs customized services. So that In our
cases the Naturral company is the project sponsor. ICTAce is the project initiator.

The project Manager is responsible for the projects.

Who would approve and carry out the project? Why should the project be approved?

The project manager internally accesses the projects and finally the CEO approves the project. In
our cases doing projects means a conducting business. The decision will be carried out by the
discussion of stakeholders. Final decision is carried out by the CEO. That’s why the projects
should be approved on the basis of feasibility analysis report.
