Now go to the next lesson SCORM (Unit 1 lesson 2) and open the "going to” submenu then
choose the second "Practice” slide, as shown in the image:
The company where I’m going to be working for is Volkswagen Plant Puebla.
The position where I would like to be working and that has to do with quality is general manager
human resources.
If the company has to implement quality we are going to document our whole process, that
process must be consistent across our organization and time, it will help us to identify quality
issues if necessary, so we can fix the problem for our organization or our customer and finally it
will be helpful for the future of the organization so we can prevent that problem reoccur.
As I will be the General Manager of Human Resources, me and the Human Resources
department we are going to be in charge of training the new and old employees, the training
starts next week.
The next meeting It´s going to be on Monday 26 at 2:00 o´clock, it will occur at the meeting
room of Volkswagen Plant Puebla.
I´m going to be supervising the training and trying to involve all workers in the transformation,
also I will try to drive out fear for me and my organization by having motivation talks with them
and impulse them to be better day by day.
