SUBJECT: THE APPOINMENT NEW SET OF TEMPORARY UNIVESRITY STUDENT
GOVERNMENT OFFICER A.Y. 2020-2021

Section 1: In accordance with the Executive Order No. 2s 2020, voting of appointment was held
on October 5, 2020 Via MS Teams meeting spearheaded by the Head of Committee on
Appointments.

Section 2: As the duty of the Head of Committee on Appointments to initiate re-appointments. I,


RAPHAEL MARTIN V. PALOGAN, hereby appoint the following officers as endorsed USG
interim officers of A.Y. 2020 – 2021

Interim USG President - Julianne Rose L. Vinzon


Interim USG Vice President - Adriane Bautista
Interim USG Secretariat - Jean Mherck B. Tapere
Interim USG Sports and Culture Senator - Allysha Pacheco
Interim USG COE Governor - Ronnel Arjay Jandusay
Interim USG COE Vice Governor - Joy Acuin
Interim USG CAFA Governor - Ben-C’zar V. Raboy
Interim USG CIE Governor - Leah Mae V. Agustin
Interim USG CIE Vice Governor - Louwella Marie E. Albo

Section 3: Councils from the College of Architecture and Fine Arts, College of Science and
College of Industrial Technology gave recommendations from their associates for the vacant
positions for their respective colleges.

Section 4: As the duty of the Head of Committee on Appointments to appointments if the head or
members of the committees is dysfunctional. I, RAPHAEL MARTIN V. PALOGAN, hereby
appoint the following officers recommended by their respective college Governor/ Vice–Governor
as endorsed USG interim officers of A.Y. 2020 – 2021.

Interim USG CAFA Governor - Lance R. Alcaparaz


Interim USG CIT Governor - Rose Lyn Gonzales
Interim USG CIT Vice Governor - Edgardo Waje
Interim USG COS Governor - Louise Emmanuelle D. Pabalan
Interim USG COS Vice Governor - Gian Carlo G. Verano

Section 3: All duties and responsibilities of the appointed interim USG officers shall be with
accordance with the University Student Government – Constitution and By-Laws.

Section 4: All appointed that was given consideration in failing to complete the requirements shall
submit their pending document to the Head of Committee on Appointments up until October 20,
2020.

Section 5: The Term-of-office of all appointed interim USG Officers shall continue until a new set
of USG Officers is elected.
