SCRIPT - Moving Up Ceremony
At this moment, let us all stand as we pay tribute, honor and glory to our
Almighty GOD through a prayer to be led by Karla Mae E. Villari ~n a of 10 – Generous.
It will be followed by the singing of our National Anthem and the CJPS Hymn with one
of our faculty members, Mr. Leandro C. Cunanan, conducting.
III. Philippine National Anthem and CJPS Hymn (Mr. Leandro Cunanan)
Truly, today connotes the conclusion of many years of hard work in the
determined chase of knowledge: knowledge that will empower these students to
embrace opportunities and take on challenges with vibrant vision and mission as they
embark on with the new endeavors.
But today is not essentially the finale, but it is just the founding of another
mission not just for the students but to you, parents, as well. Today also marks the
conclusion of an educational journey and the initiation of another more uncertain
and more difficult part of student’s quest for a better life and future.
And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst.
To do the honors of presenting this year’s candidates for junior high school completion,
let me invite on stage the vivacious HS Assistant Principal
Mrs. Frency Ann B. Cabanganan and it will be followed by the confirmation and
acceptance of candidates for completion by the hardworking HS Principal
Mrs. Carlota S. Aran.
V. Distribution of Certificates
Mrs. Antonia Aprecio, CEO
Mr. Alvin Peter Aprecio, President
Students listen to this. This momentous event will not be complete without the
inspiring words coming from your loving and caring advisers. So, sit back and relax,
and prepare your heart and soul, because I assure you, you will be moved by the
words from your respective advisers. Are you ready to listen? Then, you’ve got to
prepare also your hanky. Let’s have first on stage the very energetic adviser of
10 – Generous, Mr. Jose John SM. Vocal, to be followed by the affable adviser of
10 – Obedient, Mr. John Aries C. Ojeda, and last but certainly not the least, the loving
and motherly adviser of 10 – Thoughtful, Mrs. Jane Meryl F. Santiago.
Thank you very much dear advisers for your heartfelt and tear- jerking words.
Students, I hope that you will ponder on what your advisers had said. Keep it in mind
and in heart.
We are almost in the end of this program. And tomorrow is another story to tell,
new challenges and opportunities await our students that will further test their
determination as refining individuals. As they continue with their journey, they may
look back to this stage in their life with love and self-importance.
Ladies and gentlemen, let this moment be filled with joy and laughter as the
students serenade all of us with their moving up song entitled, “How Far I Go”.
VIII. Closing Prayer (Patrisha Denise Anquilo, 10 – Obedient)
That is a wonderful song, isn’t it? Just like what the lyrics of the song say, each
of you could be a perfect person. Lead with pride and be strong!
Just before we conclude this momentous event, students, I just want you to read
our theme verse for this occasion. Please read it with a heart. Are you ready?
prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
At this moment, let all rise as we close this event by a prayer to be led by
Patrisha Denese P. Anquilo of 10 – Obedient.
IX. Recessional
Another success has been achieved tonight. Remember this famous citation from
an Amercan Author Hilary Ziglar: “The PAST is your LESSON, the PRESENT is your GIFT,
and the FUTURE is your MOTIVATION”!
Please accept my highest esteem of saying thank you to all you! Especially to
our parents who made this event extraordinary. Students, please give your parents a
big round of applause.
And to you our dear students, accept God’s blessings in the days ahead.
Congratulations once again! Another round of applause to this year’s completers!
I am your Master of Ceremonies Mr. Mark Anthony B. Israel. See you again and
have a blessed night!
