1) Read the first 4 chapters from our study material
2) Solve Practice Test 1 from our Question Bank on CertiBanks.com or from Udemy course
(ITSM Foundation Question Bank - IT Service Management) – if you achieve 80% or more
continue, else repeat from “1”
3) Read the last chapter from the study material (Chapter 5: Practices)
4) Solve Practice Test 2 – if you achieve 80% or more continue, else repeat from “3”
5) Solve the remaining tests in the question Bank Practice Tests (3,4,5, ….)
6) If you achieve 80% or more in all exams, then you are more than ready to pass the official
exam – else you need to repeat from studying and solving questions
7) You can schedule the online proctored exam from (PeopleCert.org) - you can buy the exam
there, or I recommend to buy exam voucher from other sites (cheaper) such as
passionitgroup.com
8) Before attending the exam, review the official ITIL 4 foundation syllabus (available in
AXELOS website or in the “ITIL World” Facebook group library) – to make sure that you
understand each item in the syllabus
