Conclusions
Guided waves can pprovide a lot of information but
they are very complicated
Exploitation has been made possible through careful
research of the fundamental physics, and
development of specific instrumentation
GWT has been commercialised and is now well
established in industrial use
GWT procedures and certification of GWT personnel
are now implemented in published standards
