Now imagine yourself standing in front of a light filled circle. Imagine stepping inside that circle
and feeling warm and safe. Our intention here is to see the remainder of this feeling and everything
associated with it, be released as we count down slowly from 10 to 0, remembering to repeat your
cue word between counts. If memories or images come to mind, just allow them to pass like clouds
overhead. They are being released as you count down and repeat your cue.

disappeared before you finish the protocol, it is very wise to complete the statements right to the
end. This way you can be certain that feeling is gone forever.
