4.IDENTIFICATION AND EVOLUTION

RMA documents are identified by a number composed of 10 alphanumerical digits.
This number, attributed by the Purchasing department marketing service, is divided into two parts according to the
diagram below:

  /N /N /N /N N N N N

Chemical designation Sequence number

Shortened matter

Notice: The shortened chemical designation of the materials can include signs such as slash, dash, etc.
When it includes less than 6 characters or signs, the designation shall be written on the left and be completed to 6
characters by one or more dashes.
The sequence number refers to a given chemical designation.
Document evolutions lead to evolution indexes (ID), according to standard A10 3120. Each evolution must lead to
a new index.

5.OFFICIALIZATION AND DIFFUSION

The RMA are gathered in a document named « repertory RMA » (cf appendix 1), which is officialised by the DA.
RMA repertory is available in-house on the PSA Group Intranet (PC INFO)
http://dsc.pcinfo.inetpsa.com/nav/domain/fiche.do?OID=300036461.

The Suppliers have access to this repertory through the B2B supplier portal (secured access):
http://b2b.psa-peugeot-citroen.com.

RMA repertory is updated every quarter of each year (1st week of February / May / August / November).
