b) Installation of aluminium windows outer frame at site. After masonry work is completed for
aluminium outer frame to commence. Aluminium outer frame will be install to brick wall /
concrete wall by using nylon wall plug. Subsequently to apply polyurethane sealant to external
and internal of perimeter outer frame to seal up the gap between the outer frame and plastering.
c) Installation of aluminium windows inner leaves at site. After outer frame is completed for
aluminium inner leaves to commence. Stainless steel friction arm is mounted to the outer frame
and inner leaves with stainless steel self-tapping screws as opening device. Handle will be install
at inner leaves as closing device.
b) Installation of fixed glass panel at site. After outer frame is completed for glazing work to
commence. Glass will be glazed onto outer frame after masonry work is completed and ready
for glazing.

b) Installation of sliding door outer frame at site. After plastering & first coat of painting works
is completed for sliding door outer frame to commence. The sliding door outer frame will be
install to brick wall / concrete wall by using nylon wall plug and subsequently to apply
polyurethane sealant to external and internal of perimeter outer frame to seal up the gap
between the outer frame and plastering.
c) The bottom track of sliding door will be fully filled in with cement mortar for setting in
position.
d) Aluminium door leaves and glass will be installed after masonry work is ready. Roller is
fixed to inner leaves as opening device and handle lockset will be installed at inner leaves as
closing devise.
b) Installation of aluminium outer frame at site. After plastering & first coat of painting works is
completed for aluminium outer frame to commence. Aluminium outer frame will be install to
sub-frame by using stainless steel self-tapping screws and subsequently to apply polyurethane
sealant to external and internal of perimeter outer frame to seal up the gap between the outer
frame and plastering.
c) Installation of floor spring at site. Marking the position of floor spring and hacking opening hole
for floor spring embedded into concrete slab. Fix the floor spring into right position and fill-up
with mortar.
d) Installation of frameless glass door at site. Install the patch fitting to the glass door and fix to the
floor spring and adjust into right position and fix the stainless steel pull handle as well.

b) Installation of aluminium curtain wall main frame at site. The components of the curtain
wall main frame will be delivered and assembling at site in order to follow the “Ladder
Type” installation. Basically the components will consist of 2-mullions & middle transom
depending on the site condition. The transoms will be securely fastened to the mullions by
screws which will form the cruciform joint. The assembled main frame will be brought to
the point of installation and positioned with the pre-installed mild steel brackets. The
installer will check the level vertical & horizontal with the help of plumb & spirit level, so
that after installation the installed components are in line with the corresponding false
ceiling or finish floor level. Once the proper alignment is achieved the installer will
tightened all the screws and subsequently to apply polyurethane sealant to external and internal
of perimeter main frame to seal up the gap between the main frame and plastering.
c) Installation of aluminium curtain wall glazing at site. Prior to start of glazing make sure all
the relevant transom screws are in place and tightened up and seated into place. Ensure all
the single sided foams are well seated not jetting out of the grooves and glass supporting
clips shall be fixed on the transom. Set the glazing blocks 300mm from the centre of the
block to centre of the mullion. Glass which are positioned at each floor level will be guided
by 2-3 installer on the scaffolding outside and 2-3 installer on the scaffolding inside. The
glass will be positioned with equal gaps and set with the side blocks, so that the unit remains
firm in its position. Fix the glass supporting clip on all four sides of the glass and fit in the
cover / capping starting vertical and then horizontal.
