24th March-31st March Narrative Structure • To keep the same narrative structure, I am going to get inspiration from the book I am using to research to solve this issue. Platform Issues • If the YouTube server is down before I have to upload my production, I am going to edit and finish the production a week before to and save it in the drafts section on YouTube so when the deadline day reaches I am able to upload the production. Meeting genre • To meet the codes and conventions conventions, I am going to carry research out secondary research and practical research. The reason for this because I can practice the codes and conventions and learning the lighting methods I need to use and the locations to suit both codes and conventions and the narrative. Research issues • If I fail to collect enough secondary research, I am going to gather more primary research to support my secondary research. Secondary Research • If I can’t access the film I want to watch due to internet issues, I will continue reading the No longer human book and purchasing more books that fit the psychological genre.
Practical How to fix Faced Didn’t Face
Date Filming 14th April- 1st May Lighting • When I am filming outside, I am going to use my Bouncer to gather as much light as possible and battery packed lighting. I fi do not have the equipment at home I am going to hire out lighting equipment from the Henley college. Sound • When filming, my production is going to be based outside more than indoor filming. To make sure I do not collect background sounds, I am going to film at quieter locations or when it comes to editing, I will try to edit the background noise. Website Layout • To make sure my website stays neat, I will be organising it each week and uploading the right content onto the correct pages. Time Management • To keep good time management, I am going to set times of how long I should research, Film and edit so that I keep on top of my work. Editing • When editing, I will be using Premier Pro, if the software somewhat crashes by the time I have to edit, I will be using an alternative software. Locations/Weather • A week before filming, I am going to check the weeks weather forecast to work out what scenes I need to film each day. • If the location I asked to use for filming becomes unavailable for uncontrollable reasons, I will have a public backup location that is similar to the place I asked permission for Camera • If there are issues such as not being able to use my camera due to it being broke, Battery not working, I will hire out a camera from the Henley college. If the college cannot provide a camera, I will be using a backup of camera that I have to film my production. Actors • Due to me being the main character in the production, If I fall ill by the time I have to film, I will audition a backup character in case I fall ill. • If the other cast members, such as background characters and lead roles, I will audition many people and get their contacts so if a person falls Ill, I have a backup character for each character in the production.
