Gonzalvo Memorial High School Bids and Awards Committee passed a resolution to recommend shopping as the procurement method to purchase vinyl tiles and power bond for flooring improvements in the SHS Faculty area. The purchase request was approved by the Supply Officer and funds would come from the SHS Additional MOOE fund. The Bids and Awards Committee Chairman and members, along with the BAC Secretariat and a BAC Member, approved the resolution on December 10, 2019, with final approval from the School Principal.

WHEREAS, presented to the Bids and Awards Committee an approved purchase request from MICHAEL R.
BAUSAS, Supply Officer/Property Custodian with regards to the purchase of vinyl tiles and power bond for SHS
Faculty.

WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee, acting upon the request and considering the Alternative Mode as
embodied and appearing in the Approved SHS Supplemental Annual Procurement Plan.

NOW THEREFORE, the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE, this School, RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND to
the SCHOOL PRINCIPAL TO ENTER INTO ALTERNATIVE PROCUREMENT which is SHOPPING.
