NARRATIVE REPORT
Cagaluan Elementary School is a complete elementary grade school with an organized Pre-school
class. It is manned by six permanent teachers. The School is a recipient of a three-room Coca-Cola Building
and two-room Kalayaan Building from the OPAPP. One-room PTCA building from the DEpEd. An old
building which was already condemned still exists that serves as Multi-Purpose room since it is utilized as
Computer room, Principal’s Office and Library room.
Consolidated School Improvement Plan called for us to develop and implement a comprehensive K-
12 curriculum and assessment program which integrates computer and technology use throughout the
teaching-learning process in order to increase pupils learning as well as teacher and administrative
effectiveness.
Our school does not have an ideal computer classroom but because technology continues to play an
important role in modern society, our school head initiated the repair of the old teachers’ quarter that will
serve as Computer classroom.
The classrooms in our school are very accessible for technology tools like Laptops and LCD
projector thus, integrating technology into the teaching-learning process helped much to enhance learning of
pupils by providing more opportunities for intervention/ remediation or extended learning.
School LAC Sessions were conducted to achieve the objectives/targets of the School ICT Plan.
Observations was also a strategy for technical assistance in the use of ICT integration. All reports submitted
were all computerized and LIS Generated School Forms.
