Dear Sir/Madame:

I am Fr. Victor D. Pacheco, C.M., the current administrator and custodian


of De Paul College Iloilo who has the ministerial duty to act, transact, represent
and sign for and in behalf of St. Vincent’s Seminary by virtue of my appointment
as supported by herein attached Secretary’s Certificate marked as Annex “A”.

St. Vincent’s Seminary, Inc. would like to apply for subsequent


registration and transfer of tax declaration for sub-lots 740-A, 740-B and 740-
C based on the machine copy of DENR-Approved Subdivision Plan herein
attached as Annex “B” covered under Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 095-
202100654; 095-202100655 and 095-202100656 as shown in the herein
attached Certified Electronic Copy of Title herein attached as Annexes “C”, “D”
and “E”. St. Vincent’s Seminary has been religiously paying the real property
taxes by virtue of the herein attached original copy of the latest Real Property
Tax Declaration marked as Annex “F” as affirmed by original copy of our latest
Real Property Tax Clearance herein attached as Annex “G”.

Finally, I hereby authorize Duremdes Nava Law Office and/or Atty.


Stewart Paul T. Torre and his authorized representative to apply, process,
transact, request and claim in my behalf, new tax declaration, pay the
corresponding fees, fill up the required sworn statement, secure a documentary
stamp tax from BIR, all for our sub-lots covered under Title No. T-14294 based
on herein attached approved subdivision plan, to wit:

as supported by the herein attached machine copy of the certification from
Department of Public Works and Highways VI dated February 8, 2017 affirmed
by Director Lea N. Delfindo and/or Atty. Ma. Fe Gamosa/Hojilla and hereby
indicate their conformity for the issuance of title as proved by her signature
indicated herein below.
