Rationale:
Objectives: At the end of the training, the participants will attain the following:
1. Develop clear understanding on the various topics relevant to the discharge
of their functions;
2. Equip skills, competence and professional expertise in dealing with the 21 st
century learners through Information and Communication Technology; and,
3. Appreciate the importance of continuously upgrading ones’ professional and
technical skills to effectively carry out the mandate of the K to 12 curriculum.
The training program adopts the use of the 4 A’s of Adult Learning or the
explained in the book, “The Adult Learner”, by Knowles, Holton III, and Swanson are:
