GENERAL DIRECTIONS: Read and follow the directions carefully.
I.IDENTIFICATION: Identify the following statement given below. Write and answer with CAPITAL LETTERS.

It is the removal of moisture from linens by way of high speed rotations.- EXTRACTION 48.The area where soiled linen is received from the customer and is sorted for processing. – SORTING AREA 49. The process of counting all linen in circulation to determine the stock level and identify losses. –STOCKTAKE 50.Linen is placed through a fireproof lockable door on each floor and transported via a tube to the laundry.- LINEN CHUTE
